Cheese Rotator

Cheese Rotator Cheese Rotator for the dairy industry.

Stationary rotating unit for use in the production of hard cheese, which needs to be turned several times as part of the ripening process.

The Cheese Rotator is placed directly on the production line, where the cheeses are transported on special racks, which they stay on during the whole ripening process.

Using an automated process, the cheese rotator carefully holds the cheeses in the rack which is turned 180°, which it then releases to switch to a new rack.

The unit is designed for use in food production, and withstands the aggressive cleaning agents and chemicals used there. The unit is therefore made from stainless and galvanised steel combined with plastics resistant to such agents.
